We are committed to your satisfaction and learning success. If you are not happy with a course or consulting session, we want to make it right. Please review the sections below to understand your options clearly.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After 7 days, or once a significant portion has been accessed, refunds are not available — however, you retain lifetime access to the course material.
Paid consulting sessions may be refunded or rescheduled if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
If a session was not delivered as agreed due to our fault, a full refund or free replacement session will be offered immediately.
Free consultation slots are at no charge and require no refund. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend, so we can offer the slot to another client.
Refunds are not available in the following cases: course content accessed beyond the 20% threshold within the 7-day window; consulting sessions attended in full; custom strategy documents or materials already delivered; or situations where results were not achieved due to non-application of the strategies taught.
Send your refund request to contact@abcmoz.com with your full name, order reference, and a brief reason. We'll review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
